  • Payment was not on time and there are late fees that were added to the purchase price.
  • Members may get charged for the wire transfer, which may have been deducted from the original wire amount, thus creating a shortage in the payment. Please keep this in mind and inquire with your bank to insure the correct amount is sent.
  • The vehicle was not picked up on time and there are storage fees being added to the purchase price.
  • The improper or no auction number was associated with the payment sent and it was applied to a different invoice. All payment types such as this are applied to the oldest outstanding balances.

TITLES/SALES DOCUMENTS

When will I received the title/sale documents for the vehicle(s) I purchased?

go2auctionsnow.com will send the title/sales documents to you, once all amounts due are paid, it has been received from IAA, and once all documentation is completed by us to transfer ownership to you. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact time frame due to variables that are out of our control, such as the amount of time it may take for IAA or a State agency (if re-titling is needed) to send the title to us.
A typical time frame will be 1 to 4 weeks and in some cases longer. Again, we cannot guarantee a specified time. It is your sole responsibility to take this into account when bidding on any vehicle.
If you do not receive the title/document for the unit, you must contact Go2 within 30 days of the original purchase date so that we can get in touch with the auction about the Status of it. If you do not contact us within this time frame, any duplicate title or other fees due to a missing title will be the client's sole responsibility.

Why can't I pick the title up with the vehicle?

go2auctionsnow.com is required by law to transfer ownership to you, therefore we must receive the title in our office.
Add: the cost of transferring the title over to your name is $15 US. if it requires us sending it over to the DMV, it costs $35 US.
